Thoughts on those disposable wedding cameras that capture the fun moments
Disposable cameras at your wedding reception? They are quite the rage and once your guests warm up to the idea of snapping a few photos; you can land up with some amazing memories, for better or worse. :)
We've been receiving emails and inquire, and even samples from a few companies, so I thought I'd mention a couple. Also, if you have ideas to share with other brides and grooms on how you used disposable cameras at your reception, we'd love to hear from you.
Kodak has a nice, durable and dare I say attractive single use camera. They sent me one and I have to admit that it is almost too nice to use. I have a good friend having a milestone birthday and plan to snap a few photos with it. I know, it is a wedding camera not a birthday camera. Whatever. http://www.kodak.com/go/SingleUseCamera/.
Being conscious of the health and well-being of Mother Earth, I like the idea of having disposable cameras that well, aren't disposable. Huh? What about having digital cameras that take stills and videos, and being able to be "green"?! I really like that idea, so I have to give kudos to very interesting and compelling company called, appropriately, CameraRenter.com. http://www.camerarenter.com/weddings.php. Not only are they earth-friendly, but you also get a DVD and your own website with the photos. Everyone wins! Check 'em out, and tell Jonathan that WedNet sent you.
Until next time...smile, click.
