All Wedding Cakes are available in the following flavors, fillings and icings:

Flavors: White, chocolate or marble (carrot cake available in sheet cakes only).

Fillings: White buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese icing, fudge, German chocolate, lemon, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, apricot, caramel , orange, coffee or mocha.

Icing: White buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese, all available in your choice of color.

Q: Will Safeway deliver my wedding cake?

A: Delivery is currently only available from selected stores with bakery departments in Washington (excluding Vancouver, Woodland and Kelso), Alaska, Idaho and Montana. You can ask to speak with the store manager at your Safeway within this area to confirm their delivery policy or you can contact us using our convenient online form to find a store within that area that will deliver.

Q: I want fresh flowers on my wedding cake. Are those available from Safeway?

A: Yes, please inquire at the floral department of your local Safeway. Our florist will be happy to assist you with flowers that are safe to put on cakes.

Q: How much lead time do I need to order my cake and have it ready for my reception?

Answer: Our decorators can create a simple cake in as little as two weeks. For cakes that are more elaborate or that will require our decorator to order supplies we would like at least four weeks notice.

Q: What is the best way to order my wedding cake?

Answer: Call the store and set up a consultation time and date with the Decorator that will be doing your cake. You will get cake samples and personal attention to work out all the details to design your perfect wedding cake. Alternatively, contact us via our convenient online form and a consultant will get back to you soon.

Q: Do all Safeway stores make all wedding cakes on the site?

Answer: Certain cakes are only available from stores in Washington (excluding Vancouver, Woodland and Kelso), Alaska, Idaho and Montana.
